After a rocky start to the beginning of the season, the team made an impressive showing in their most recent match at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC this past weekend, finishing off the game with a 6-1 win.

In a press conference on Thursday, Feb. 9 President Smolla announced Furman’s plan to introduce men’s and women’s lacrosse teams beginning in the 2014-2015 school year.

The Paladin men’s tennis team finished the 2010-2011 season with a 9-18 overall record and a 5-5- Southern Conference mark. Coming off such a season, Furman is poised and determined to improve.
