This administration profile is on Allyson Brown. Brown works as the Associate Dean of Admissions for Diversity and Inclusion. She started at Furman 10 years ago as the Transfer Coordinator and has since worked with the Admissions Office to improve diversity recruitment and inclusionary efforts. In this interview, Brown discusses some specific initiatives to improve inclusion and support for potential and current students, her role in Mosaic, and Furman’s educational philosophy.
