Jack Buehner

Director of Digital Services & Ads Manager

About

Jack was the Director of Digital Services and Ads Manager at The Paladin. His primary role was managing the website for The Paladin, which often included adding new features, troubleshooting issues, and designing the look of the website. In the backend, he maintained the workflow that The Paladin uses for publishing new articles and managing photo assets. In addition to the digital aspects of his role, he created The Paladin's weekly restroom newsletter, which features campus events and featured articles. The newsletter can be found posted on the walls of high-traffic restrooms in the core of Furman's campus. He also spent some of his free time writing satire for The Paladin's satire publication, The Horse. Jack joined The Paladin in November 2019 as Ads Manager, and he joined the Editorial Board as Web Editor in July 2020. In September 2021, he became Director of Digital Services. At the end of 2022, he left his board position and managerial role to focus on his last semester as a student at Furman University.
