Surface Pen

Pair

1. Go to Start and select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth.
2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
3. Hold down the top button of the pen for about seven seconds until the light at the rear of the pen clip starts to flash.

View battery level

1. Download and install the Surface app from the App Center.

2. Navigate to the Battery section.
3. The Surface Pen battery level will be available if it is paired to your device.

Change pressure sensitivity

1. Download and install the Surface app from the App Center.

2. Navigate to the Pen section.
3. Use the slider to make adjustments to the sensitivity. Test the changes in the drawing box above the slider.
